Posted by Anette,

When I got married over 30 years ago I was given a really nice set of flatware for a wedding present and although I never used it very much it was always one of my favorite possessions, and when a few years ago I noticed that one of the knives had become damaged I really wanted to see if I could find a piece of Replacement Flatware so that I would have a full set once again. It took quite a lot of searching but in the end I managed to locate what I wanted by going on a forum and finding a person who dealt specifically in old flatware sets. Now that my flatware set is a whole once again I am very happy.

I found some replacement flatware by putting an ad in my local paper. This is always worth considering because there may be people in your local area who have the same kind of flatware set.

One of the best places you can find replacement flatware is eBay or some of the other auction sites. There are many people on their selling old bits of flatware. There is a good chance you’ll find what you’re looking for.

I had a really nice wedding present of flatware, but just recently I have noticed that some of the edges have become slightly damaged. And I am now looking to find some replacements for these particular pieces because I really want to set to be as good as new. Any tips where I can get a replacement?
