My house is so cold during the winter. We keep adding insulation, but it just doesn’t seem to be enough. I keep suggesting to my husband that we consider spray foam for the upstairs as there is no insulation up there whatsoever. We live in a very old home where they didn’t even use plywood on the exterior. They placed 1X2s and now there are gaps between them. He is considering renting a machine to spray insulation down into the walls, but we are also talking about tearing all the drywall down and replacing it also. We need to decide soon as I want this completed before it gets cold again.
