A couple of weeks ago, I was our shopping with my sister and we saw this interesting store. We decided to go in and take a look at the different things. It was an herb shop and green house combination and they had an indoor herb garden kit that looked interesting so I bought one and took it home. I started doing some research on the Internet and found there are alot of great books about herbs that you can buy or read and print out. There was even a site that answers questions about the best herbs to use for salads and medicinal purposes. My herbs are just about and inch high now. I am so excited to use them on a salad when the time comes.
