The best advice anyone can give to you to help you get back to full health is to stop smoking. It is certainly one of the hardest things you may ever do to stop smoking, but as someone who was a committed smoker for over twenty years, and has now been off the dreaded weed for over three years, I can assure you that you will not regret all the hard work that you will put in to stop smoking. It will take all the will power you have in you, and some, to help in your battle against the cigarette, and you may well put on weight, but not necessarily, if you watch what you eat and exercise.
