My wife and had goals. We wanted to be able to enjoy more traveling and adventure. We work a lot of hours at the office and it was not the life that we wanted, but it was the only life that we could afford on our poor salaries. I told my best friend about what we wanted in life. He told me that if I was serious about it that I needed to look into investment property financing. Well, the thought had not entered my mind before that, but I knew he was right. I did what he said and now we have several properties.
