When we bought our house, we knew that it was going to need some work and some updating. We have tried to our pace ourselves and just done one room at a time so that we can get it right and not blow our budget. I just hung Bamboo Curtain Rods in our son’s room. His room is at the top of the stairs, so it is a room that a lot of people see. We had problems trying to figure out what to do that would look the best and he would like. We decided on a jungle theme that he could grow into, with a mural on one wall. I think it turned out really well!

Many people like to use synthetic materials in their interior decoration, but I would much rather stick with natural materials because I think they make the place look far more comfortable. A few months ago I decided to re-decorate my lounge and as part of it I decided that I would install some really expensive Fabric Vertical Blinds, even though I ended up spending far more money than I had intended in the beginning. They really have made my room very comfortable indeed, and are a great way of cutting out excess sunlight in order to keep the room at a cool temperature.

I went home one day and realized I do not find my room pleasing to look at anymore. It needs an overhaul and make-over thus I tried to buy some furniture to add more spice on its look. But the look remains plain until I saw this stunning crystal lamp with some glitters on it that sparkle coming from its own light. I bought it immediately and displayed it in my room and suddenly it does made my room come to life again and with a happy ambience. My sister liked the lamp i bought and how it perfectly blends with the wall paint of my room. She is now planning to buy the same identical one that I have in my room.

At the time of this writing, it’s about noon, Saturday July 24, 2010. My wife and I are the parents of 19 year old Sidney, who’s due to begin her sophomore year of college in about a month. She lived in the dorm as a first year college student and had a pretty tough time dealing with her roommate. Her roommate Katie was a pretty loud extrovert, while Sidney values her pivacy a bit more. To prevent any future issues with her next upcoming roommate, Sidney has done some Internet research on the topic of Portable Room Dividers, in the hopes of keeping the peace in the 2010 – 2011 school year.
