Posted by Laquanda,

I work for a small hospital so my job is make sure and keep costs down. We have a lot of the staff that use Sklar Surgical Instuments and so I spend a lot of time negotiating with vendors to get the best price. Some times it works but a lot of the time it doesn’t since we are not a big hospital. I have been doing a lot of research on the internet and there is a lot of information available. There are a lot of sales going on right now  for Sklar and some even offer free shipping. Now that’s a good deal!

The once dreaded back surgery has become much less invasive in recent years. There are some newer “minimally invasive” procedures using endoscopes. The surgeon inserts a small endoscope through a tiny incision. Using a microscopic camera, your physician can directly visualize the damage and repair it through the endoscope. Instead of cutting the muscles, your surgeon simply pushes them aside, which means there is less scarring after surgery. This is an exciting development because laser back surgery can be as effective as open back surgery, there are fewer complications, you’re in the hospital for a shorter time, and you recover faster. Indications of the need for back surgery may include having back pain for six months or longer that is not getting better with other treatments, weakness in your arms or legs, trouble grasping things or numbness and or tingling in your legs and feet.

I’ve got a bee in my bonnet lately about CNA Certification Classes.
I’ve always wanted to work in the medical field in some capacity, and a cna certification seems like a god start.
From what I’ve learned about taking a CNA Certified Test, I am encouraged that it’s a good idea.
The economy stinks – I need to have more marketable skills.
More on this soon.

I want somethign I can just use and throw away
So I’ve been checking out the Best Contact Lenses, and have decided it’s a good way to go.

My girlfriend said I look better without the glasses in any case, so naturally I’m motivated.
