The time has come to get more info on second-hand salon equipment.
Equipment costs are going to be my biggest expense at the outset, so saving on that can make a big difference.
A friend of mine who owns a salon has mentioned the benefits of used barber chairs to me several times, and I have to say I’m convinced.
I don’t see any good reason to pay full price. I have better places to invest my cash.

Money’s tight, and starting a business in this economy is a scary proposition.
From what I’ve read about used salon stations, it’s easy enough to find pieces in good condition, which is great.
I can’t really justify buying new when no one will be able to tell the difference anyway, after a week or two.

I’ve been reading up about used pedicure chairs online. Considering my budget issues, I think it’s a good idea.
I figure the business will be better served if I hire more people instead of paying top dollar for new gear.
