We have a tendency to expect that any treatment we try should produce the results we expect almost immediately. One of the reasons for this is because we have been led to believe that this is possible by the media and the manufacturers of these various products. Of course the reality is that there is hardly anything that is going to give us the immediate relief that we seek. This is even more so when it comes to how we look and the condition of our skin. There are however products that will help to keep the problem under control and in time can provide a permanent solution. Bottom line though, whatever you try you need to have patience.

Yes, it’s true.  Oatmeal can help with your acne problem.  The oatmeal cleanses pores by absorbing oil and exfoliating the skin. Honey eases application and serves as a skin toner.

Follow these simple instructions:

Prepare a single serving of plain oatmeal as if to eat.  Add 1/2 cup on honey, and let the mixture cool to room temperature.  Apply to your face, avoiding the eye area.  Let sit for 10 to 20 minutes.

It’s best to be proactive instead of reactive when it comes to acne and pimples. If you can keep yourself on a consistent. daily routine, your battle against the acne has much more of a fighting chance.
